I've tried it, and it didn't seem to work, even after a few days...anyone had a success with it, and if so could you give me some tips on how to get it done better?

You can say it didn't work for you after you have tried it for a few months.
A few days is meaningless.

Most files like that work better if you listen to VisualizeHelp. Other things like deep inductions and files that increase your suggestibility would probably help too.
