You can find out this kind of information if you go to the Modules menu on the top left side of the screen, click on Files and search for TrigFemaleForm. Here's what it says.

In general, the effects of the trigger files are intended to last until the reversal trigger is given. In practice, the effects are likely to wear off sooner or later. How long that would take will vary from person to person, and probably won't always be the same for any one person.

Also, for something as complex as TrigFemaleForm, it's very likely that initial results would be both limited and short-lived.
