Trig Penisgrowth and Vaccum Pump

Has anyone had any success with these files yet? I Am trying them but so far for the Penis Growth I have only had my penis quiver and for the Vaccum Pump one I have only had my penis become errect. Let me know if any of you guys have had any success with these files.

If you have any files you think would help then please I'm all ears.
