When a recording contains suggestions that are masked by music or by other sounds, there's a name for it. It's called subliminal.

It appears the Enslavement1 file is a subliminal recording.

Some people have minds that are open to subliminal messages. Maybe you're one of those people.

Trust yourself. Pay attention to how you feel as you listen. If it feels good - keep listening.

Trust yourself. When something feels right - you know it. You feel it deep inside. It's something that can't be faked

Trust yourself and then decide whether it's affecting you.

enslavement1

Postby brad999920002000 » December 10th, 2008, 7:10 pm

thank you to your posting and helpful. but i normally listen to files which i can hear and understand, so at least i can expect what it's doing to me and consciously still know what to expect.

in this file, i really can't hear anything, and so, the only thing my mind can hang on to is that it's call "enslavement".

what i'm saying is, say, if the file asked me to write to darkknight or enslaved to darkknight (the author of enslavement1, etc), i would have no idea about that, and therefore,

i'll have no idea whether i'm affected by the tape and whether i'm carrying out the instruction of the tape...

just feels frustating about that... i.e., my mind couldn't get a "convincer" to convince myself i'm being affected by the file...

quite frustrating...

You've mentioned a feeling of frustration.

Pay attention to that feeling and take action.

i finished listening to the file. it takes 1.5 hours, where i lay in bed and sleep w/ it. hear very fainting some voice overlay but never can hear anything while background noise of the binaural there. when finished, felt my ear is deafened by the binauaral!! well, didn't felt anything or think much...

i dropped to sleep. i had a sexual dream though...

but that's it... i wonder if it's affected me...

My advice would be to try it again, especially (and you seem to be) if you are curious. Sometimes, even with audible voice files it takes a couple of listens for you to trust yourself and let go. Maybe you are anticipating too much and should just let it happen.
