lol i just decided 2 post my progress. Well today i decided to start training with Cardigan - Deep Trance. Well omg on my first listen, i like totally zoned out. I woke up when he was counting to 10 to go deeper, and omg my body felt so relax, and i mean relaxed! I'm not all the way there yet. but I'm getting close. i just hope now that i don't end up waking up in anticipation. Any suggestions?
