i keep trying, but little things keep getting in my way. i find that when people confuse me or ask me to do something that i can't really do right away, the file stops working. the whole memory loss thing seems to be working, though. I have only vague recollections of the emails i've read, for the most part. i'm continuing to listen, in hopes it'll start to work 100%
