One of my favorites is Littlecaltoy's "Cal's curse". Listening to it will make it impossible for you to reach orgasm without asking and receiving permission. May take a couple (or three) listens, but it works!

I won't say it's BEST, but it is definitely one OF the Best. I have used and recommended it, lots.
