Well the MMO one says it can teach you control over when to orgasm and to have multiple orgasms as a male.

I assume mentally but maybe physically, I remember hearing it was possible.

Male-multiple phisical orgasms are more than possible - I can tell you that from experience, allthough in my case I`ve managed to reach them by doing kegels and some phisical exercises.
Regarding this particular situation - I have no idea :)
