I still go in and out of being under but I think it is starting to effect me alot more. Last night I was listening to slowwomentrig and I snapped out of being under to find that my left hand was moving with a mind of it's own. I think this might be around a part where emg tells you to imageing what it would be like or something like that. I just might of been imagining with my hands what was being changed it's hard to say. But I will say if anything more significant happens. not going to try the trigger yet I want to listen a couple more times before I even try.

Oh yeah I snapped out of it mostly when my left hand moved but it was a delibarate move by my left hand. I think I might of been trying to check my genitils out which felt a little smaller but then I was in a light trance for the rest of it.

I cut the beginning and end of that file a while back with acid and went to bed with it while bwgen was playing self-hypno preset 1. I woke up early the next morning and I had a female body. It was weird though, it was completely natural to me, it was like I never was male. I went back to bed and woke up a little later and was normal. My boobs were lopsided though.

What does this file do? I have limited sucess with ANY file. What is the easiest way to get started, well.. get going on good ones. I have listened to the induction and a few files.. but idk.

One other note, I added flanger, slap echo and reverb to that file and they work alot better for me. It makes it sound more trippy and helps me go under. Plus the slap echo makes him say everything twice which pretty much kills any silent gaps in the recordings.

The slowly become her now trig file basically makes you hallucinate that you are a women that you can imagine or look at in a picture.
