It's important to note that orgasm and ejaculation are two separate things, though closely tied in many minds. That said, if ejaculation is the male goal, then what you're saying has also been my experience. There are some men who are particularly gifted in being able to ejaculate on demand, but those who can do it without warm-up are quite rare. It's also true of women that most benefit from some warm-up.
Just because it's hands-free, that doesn't rule out a hypnotically-applied tongue and some time distortion.

Ejaculation may be some people's goal, but lately I have shifted my focus to the orgasm.
I have been aware for many years that orgasm and ejaculation are separate things, but so far I have been unable to separate them reliably ;-)
Recent discoveries may change all that. Having multiple orgasms without ejaculating would put men on equal terms (?) with women.
In my experience most women must also 'learn' (or be trained) how to have multiple orgasms, and having learned, they can expand the range of stimulation that produces multiple orgasms.
I'm working on a training file - training men how to have orgasms without ejaculation, and training them to have multiple orgasms.
