Tried Nwon a few months back, listened to it everyday for about two weeks before i began to fall off the wagon. Didn't see much result, feel like i have put on muscle but that could just be my imagination, or fat as i've been eating a lot lately and don't go out. But i don't think it's that as i have a fast metabolism and have never really put on weight.
Just wondering if anyone else has had success if so how long did it take and to what extent was it a success.
