Apologies for the delay in posting, things have been hectic lately but have had some more time to listen to the file this week. I must say even in weeks of barely listening to the file at all (at most a brief clip here and there), I was still not getting erections as easily as pre-listening. I assume the actions you're referring to are related to masturbating while listening.. I greatly enjoy doing so but by no means feel compelled to while actually listening to the file. Certainly afterwards I'm very aroused and in the mood to masturbate.
