I have to say ... although this file isn't 'ultimately transformative' ... it really does help me to keep focused on my cleaning chores so that I can get the house clean before my Queen gets home!

The loop that accompanies it is helpful as well.

Anyone else have success with this?

Lol ... I guess what I mean is that it doesn't compel me that way all of the suggestions are laid out in the script ... I don't 'feel' like a maid, etc.

But it does help keep me focused.

Most likely my own subconscious rejecting parts and not the fault of the file!
