I’ve had a lot of success with this file. I’m killing it in the gym. My bench pr has gone up tons. I’m super motivated in all aspects *wink*. I wouldn’t say that I’m very dumb. I’m just really chill. I think I might take a break because I don’t want to get super dumb. I need some smarts for work. The stuff I need hasn’t been affected much. Idk why but it’s good that way. Id recommend if this sounds like what you want. Just don’t go overboard haha or do it’s up to you.
