I hope you come back to elaborate on this one point because it seems like an interesting change in perspective from your previous posts. I've been having some success with my ladies 5 file.

I think I could go full straight if that was the only file I'd listen to. But at the moment I'm listening every night to a self help dieting file I made, to help me with fasting/intermittent fasting. I got 2 holidays coming up, the 1st one in 3 months, and I want to loose some weight first.

Once I started regularly listening it took about 2-3 weeks to notice drastic change. Before that I'd listen to it occasionally just to see if anything would happen.

As I understand it, he deleted his profile after his last update, which resulted in his actual posts being deleted. I wish I knew if there was anything people didn't quote.
