I've been using the diaper dependence files with quite a bit of success. By the time I began on the first file I had just been wearing all the time at home for a month, and since I work from home that meant a lot of diaper times. I quickly went from the first to the second file and have just recently began the 3rd file and I'm amazed at how well it works. I listened to the files every night, and before taking naps, so 1-2 times a day.
Anybody else having success?
