Looking for a file

I realize this isn't specifically a recommendations forum, so apologies for being a bit off topic.

Looking for a file that deals with being confident in who you are, especially as it relates to gender/sexual identity issues. Something to help me dissolve the protective facade I've coddled the last 15+ years and just be myself. Confidence. Self esteem. Eliminating social fear and anxiety. Something along those lines.

Not looking for files that are fetish-related or about bringing out your deep, dark desires (which is what I was pulling up with my scattered attempts at a keyword search).

Check out this site's sister site, hypno-files.com. It has a ton of personal improvement-type files that are much less fetish oriented (or aren't fetish-oriented at all).
