So I've been looking at regression type hypnosis files and was curious if anyone has had success with this one? I listened to it once even tho I don't really have a caretaker/parent to take care of me if it did end up being permanent so in that sense it was a bit risky but i only listened once so far. Was curious if the file actually was permanent and if people had success with it?
