Curse Castration from EMG

I need some advice. I listened to EMG curse castration file only twice. I am in tears I did not expect it to work that powerfully. Has anyone else used it and does it wear off. I can’t get an erection without pounding away for ages. Orgasm is miserable and find myself constantly limp. Please god I need help!!!!
