Train Sex Men

Have anyone tried Train Sex Men for some weeks? If so, how did it go? I have gone back to the file, but only tried it a couple of times. Seems to work, but have found difficulty in finding time for it. I would be curious to know if anyone found permanent/long lasting effects? Have tested CFG, but I find it to be too harsh and negative.
