It takes me unbelievable down into hypnosis, so that all other files afterwards work extremely good on me, which are on my playlist.
The real problem is, that you might get in such a deep hypnosis level, that your awakening could be a problem - believe me what I tell you.
For me the only chance came through a file from Cardigan, where he taught me to awake by counting from 1 to 5 in my head, then I am back for normal.
But I can really recommend this Isabella file.
