Why is that?

I remember reading the journal of someone who claimed to have a lot of sucess with that file.

As you have not even listened to it I do not think your 'advice' is particularly credible.

o shit actually i did listen to it (not the induction just th suggestions to see what they were)

its dumb they just tell u that ur gonna become hairless and lose weight without even trying cuz ur metablism will speed up. not possible through hypnosis.

well the remix version doesnt include hair loss
and i disticly heard him say train more often and eat healthier
not just increased metabolism
anyways try it and tell wat u think of it
and the voice is modified, its a little hypnotising

i remember it saying sumthin like "u will not need to change your diet, these things will happen all on their own."

but if he does suggest dieting and working out and you follow that, u shuld see results.

Not to get you down, as I seriously hope you have results, but the human body's weight will naturally vary by a couple of pounds over just a matter of hours.

The level of hydration, amount of material in your stomach, and the amount of waste residing in your system can cause +/- 2-5 pound fluctuations.

Just be glad you don't have an old scale...then you could tell us how many quarters, stones, and drachm you weigh; and measure your BMI by the gill

2.2lbs to the kilo or 2.20462262lbs if you want to be bit more specific.
