After much listening this file finally worked perfectly for me, latex-suited and straightjacketed and tied to the bed.
Very nice if a bit frustrating, but that's rather the point.
Not sure about the trigger bit though, I've got no-one to test it.
I used the superfast induction with the file, I seem to get on well with Cardigan's files.
