Yes! It does work. I listened to it at night while i slept. Every night for a month, 2 to 3 times a night. As i woke up i reset the machine. Its weird, but definitely kewl. And yes. It hurts.

:twisted: Well congrats on having a file work for you. I've listened to that file once and I didn't like it so I didn't listen to it again. You obviously liked what the file says but I have a question. Do you get a little embarrassed having to carry around pads during your perceived period? :twisted:

Does anyone have an further experience with this file. My wife is keen for me to try this one out since she suffers alot during hers.

Before hand, though, I'd like to hear from someone who has some longterm experience with it.
