Has anyone had any success with this file? I just had my first listen today and I went pretty deep. Can't tell for sure but I kinda feel a weird ache in my nipples, and I'm a guy!

I listen to that file quite often and I do play with my nipples all the time. However, I played with them a lot before I listened to the file, so I can't say for sure if it works. I do love to listen to it and will continue to do so.
