Binaurals success. LUCID DREAMS

I downloaded an app called Brainhack on my ipod touch. I decided to play the lucid dream file while i slept. All the file is, is a binaural or noise frequency to help u have lucid dreams. First time using it I had the most lucid dream ever about a girl i had a crush on since forever. I didn't even want to wake up. Like i never had a dream like that. I would say that it was a success. Im going to try it again tonight and update ya. Maybe someone here can have some success with it to.

I took your advice and i downloaded it. Its does work to some extent. Im having amazing dreams, and im starting to remember them. The only problem is that i dont notice im dreaming, so i cant control it.
