What file where you listening to the first time you were hypnotised?

None of them. I more or less stumbled across self-hypnosis as a young teen (or even tween-- I'm not certain exactly when). My parents had a book called "the Well Body Book" and I experimented with relaxation techniques as a way to deal with stress and stress related problems. That was decades ago.

i also wasent listning to anything my first tim, i was 15 ish, but i practiced meditation religiosly. but the first hypnotic file i listed to was a simple induction... i think it was yellow arousal. tho i think EMG has a verry calming voice so i do enjoy his work. if you havent done much go with a simple induction with no complicated nuances.

My first full on trance was brought on by CycoMelody's Estrogen Cocktail. Wonderful file, I highly recommend it for any femme needs.
