Today I finally had some results with EMG's "Body Tryout". I listened to it today for about the 15th time. Afterward I triggered myself and pictured transforming into the new body. I definitely felt something. When I opened my eyes my body felt different. Something about it didn't look the same. I couldn't put my finger on it. So I closed my eyes and pictured it again. I felt something happen immediately. I opened my eyes and this time, just for a second, my mind believed it. In that one moment I saw myself transforming. Then it stopped and I looked the same again.

Has anyone else had any success with this file? If you have, I would really appreciate some tips to make it work better.
