Ok, I haven't listened, but I'm curious.....

How much growth has anyone/everyone achieved with this file?

SLAP

lol

how true it is though. Hypnosis is a unique device. Fight it at first, you will win. Let it take over you, mission accomplished :)

Okay, first, don't beleive everything you read or hear or see. Second, it is not impossible but it is so highly improbable that it is not worth bothering with. The thing is I don't like people wasting their time with things that do not work. It leaves the depressed and even more unhappy with themselves. Plus, I have a great life that is only getting better and I am as critical on everything as possible.

As bias as my opinions may be they are still based on facts and with the well being of others in mind. Simply preying for something impossbile rarely gets results and none of you are special in some way (by chance I mean).

Praying for the impossible is not always an exercise in futility. I've spent a large chunk of my life banking on luck that people refuse to belive in and have come out only slightly singed at the edges

Belief

Birchwood has a point.

If there's one thing I've learned from My experiments with hypnosis, it's that belief is extremely important. For some of these files, the tiniest doubt can be enough to keep it from working. That said, the last thing we need is a lot of negativity concerning whether this or that file will work or not.

I've read in medical journals that there are definite links between how the body performs and the subconcious. So if you tell your subconcious to make estrogen, you get breasts.

Since we know that hypnosis can make you come, then we know it can make hormones be produced, which agrees with the above.

Making yourself have an orgasm has nothing to do with the body excreting hormones. You're really only telling the body that you're excited, without any external stimuli, making it reproduce the effects.
Hormones may well be involved in the orgasm process, but it's an effect, not a cause, and it's only indirectly caused by the mind.

This fact, however, does not preclude the phenomenon of thought-induced hormone excretion being real.

If Not

If it is not the mind that induces hormone changes, then what does?

You change your body chemistry every time you breathe, move, every thought. If you focus on relaxing imagery/sensations/sounds/smells/tastes then your body will begin the process of relaxation which means relaxing your muscles, opening your vessels more, slowing your heart beat, changing your pupil dialation, and much more. If you can do that much just by consciously thinking of a certain relaxing thing... what more can you do by programming your unconscious?
