i snap out of anything after an hour or so.

I put on my cordless earphones and lay in my bed and relax all night. medium volume do the trick

Even so, I have so many other things in my life going on,.. Is this the place to judge...nah, hobbies are hobbies, even if they cause mental trauma right? :?
