There really isn't any advice for amking them work, except the mainly self explainatory one that you should listen to them as though they will put you in trance. Multitask or something

I have listened to several of the trigger files and the subliminal "M*********** Time For You" really worked well. I will be trying some of the other subliminal files

My girlfriend and I were interested in the subliminal files. So I burned a cd for her to listen to. For control purpose I didn't tell her what files she was listening to. Only the were aids for sleep and boob growth. They were actually Trainwhore, Trainslut, Trainorgasm and train strip.

After several weeks of her listening to the Cd I asked her how they were working. She said they were great for sleep but didn't notice any boob growth. I asked if she was still listening to them. She said yes in fact she had listen to them last night.

I the tried several triggers working them into our conversation. Nothing happened. :(
