So I made a post a few years ago about my own jockification journey. Even though I didn't exactly find a good file or such to trance myself or listen to at the gym I think I have grown quite a lot. I now triceps press around 140+ KG, I shoulder shrug about 90+ KG and I never go below 110+ KG's with my quads. So I must have done something right when it comes to the excercizes and diets.
Now here is the question: are people interested in using this forum / post to share tips to others who also want to get more jocky-y? I would also love files or such with TTS prefered as a voice medium if someone know a good one!
