Well a loop for masturbating doesn't have to be that long, maybe a line or two of text that flows nicely. Some sort of background noise to make you zone out even more might help. TTS means text to speech, which anyone can get their hands on. Basically you get a machine to say it for you.

If you really want something realistic, recording your own voice and hitting it all with a lower pitch usually works nicely.
