The vision and workout files are my bread and butter.
The robot bodybuilder file did help me overcome my fear of going to the gym and finish the routine. The Coach does instruct me at times to brush my teeth properly.

I used it as a starter and it worked great, but eventually I moved on to other things. I think it was the voice that kept me most attached to the file.

just found maximum bodybuilding hypnosis file ( look for a torrent) and it has a great 30 minute trance...

Took A LOT of digging to find one that was legit and not just a stupid adware installer. I think I used the lumfile selection.
