healing

been experiment with healing through hypnosis ..
in order to get better workouts... any experience out there ?

The deep relaxation promotes great blood flow and relaxes the torn muscles. So hypnosis that focuses on relaxing and a healthy lifestyle would be enough. Maybe with suggestions to have better sleep habits too.

Having people use your file is the easiest way to see if subjects respond to the file in the way you want.
