Beginning with Enchanted Keyboard

I’ve seen many recommendations to “start with something simple.”

Can anyone give examples of the simplest suggestions that you could give it (that would still show it was working)?

I have a LOT of trouble getting into trance, so I’m thinking my first suggestion would be “I find myself going into a deep, deep trance quickly and easily when listening to files by EMG.” But I’m afraid I may find myself in a Catch-22: in order to get EKC to help me get into trance, I have to get it working. In order to get it working, I have to be able to go into trance.

For my real suggestion, I was thinking of something along the lines of “Without manual or visual stimulation, I get a spontaneous hardon which lasts 5 minutes and then goes away.”And sign it with the trigger. Since I have ED, that would not be something that I would be doing on my own. Would that be a suitable test case?

"EMG is a very powerful hypnotist and I am susceptible to his trances. The End."
"Everyday I find myself accepting the suggestions in the files I listen too. The End."
There is a thread that had some really good phrases to use on the forum and that may help you. Keep it simple and gradual at first. "I am becoming a better hypnotic subject every time I listen to a hypnotic file. The End."
