Well, the thing is that I have several doubts, the first one: can I listen to several audios on the same day?Are they cancelled out or strengthened? Yes, you can listen to several files in a single day, there's no real harm in that.

As to chatting with others with similar interests, there are a variety of hypnosis discord servers including one for this site(see chat) No, I'm afraid I don't have a list of others but a web search will turn them up.

Just be careful what you wish for as effects can be very powerful and difficult to remove
