Need help!

Hi everybody! I'm new here and i need some help.
When i listen those files I don't feel anything but it doesn't feel i'm in trance.
I could move but I don't want. What it supposed to feel?

That feeling is a fairly common sign that you're entering, or are already in, trance.

What it supposed to feel?

Don' t worry about "supposed". It doesn't feel the same for everyone. Even for one person, it may not feel the same each time. Trying to figure out if you're feeling what you're "supposed" to feel can just get in the way.

Try not to worry so much about if you are going into trance or not. Just listen to the hypnotist voice and let yourself and his/her voice relax you.

Another thing you could do is just listen to one of the induction files a few times in a row. Make sure you are in comfortable clothing and sitting in a very comfy chair. I like recliners myself.

One more thing you could try is to listen to the file when you find yourself relaxed.
