There are two sides to luck, of course, as with many things in the world. There is the side of luck that we cannot control because it lies in the vast ocean of probabilities that surrounds us on a daily basis.
However the other side of luck is the PERSONAL luck being asked about here. It is a combination of various factors -- how well you can act, how confident you are in yourself, your choices, and those around you, how well you can read situations and people in order to turn them to your advantage, or at the least away from your detriment. Thils the former cannot be changed through any amount of hypnosis, the latter is largely a result of placebo effects.
I imagine that a script to improve one's personal luck would rely on someone skilled at being entranced and receptive to the suggestions, and would help them develop the confidence and skills that form the personal half or our luck. If you believe you are lucky, you will be luckier than the person who believes themself to be unlucky.
