3) Grow taller.
4) Grow facial hair

In my opinion, no. But, if sublims work (and I hear they do) then, just like regular files, they can cause you to hallucinate to that affect -- and so thouroughly convince you that you're not hallucinating that no amount of common sense will prove otherwise. (Depending on your suggestibility, of course)
