one question i have is what is the best preset for BWG? and how loud should the original body file be?

well what is a subliminal message suppose to sound like? Am I suppose to use Self-Hypnosis 1 or 2? Should i use a certain setting? Sorry for the questions but I want to be able to contribute to the community.
