Looking for a little help

Hi everyone. I'm reletivly new here, and I was looking for a little advice. I seem to have trouble keeping triggers. Every time I sleep I lose them and I have to start all over. Any sugjestions? I also have problems visualizing halucinations. I really want to though, since so many files here seem fun to try.

Hallucinations are actually very tough, so don't be discouraged if they're not happening immediately. I've always had trouble with hypnosis and triggers. While you might want to get right into some of the fun sounding files, it's a good idea to work with induction files first. I wish I had listened to this advice when I was starting out since it would have saved me a lot of disappointment when triggers weren't working.

I recommend checking out the induction section for a while, trying some of the files with high ratings. I liked Cardigan's Deep Trance.
