Length of a hypnosis file

Postby slavemartin » May 23rd, 2007, 2:34 am

Hi
i am writing yet another hypnosis file for my self and i ask this question, including the "going under" and "coming out" sections of the file, is there a total time limit a file should reach.
Thanks

Not in my opinion.
*looks at 45-minute-plus file he created*

I'd say no more than about 30 minutes. And you'd have to have deepeners all the way. Otherwise what happens is, that the level of trance changes too much during a long file. So you might be in totally deep at the beginning, and then despite all the suggestions in the file(s), the level of trance will gradually decrease. In my experience even with constant reminders to the subject to go deeper during the whole file, he/she will feel that they are less deep some of the time. So short and sweet is my recommendation. Induction 10 - 15 minutes and the body about 15 minutes max.
