Any other good "test" files besides ItchyFoot?

Postby Kricket » June 23rd, 2007, 3:08 am

I'm very interested in hypnosis and have been trying to get it to "work" for many months now. (admittedly there was a period when I got frustrated and stopped, but Ive been back it for a while)

I've been listening to inductions and enhancers, trying to get myself into a deep trance.

And many times I think I get there, my body feels heavy and disconnected, my breathing gets shallow, the audio becomes more pronounced.

I get really good results with Blink's Basic Induction. Many times when he does the "relax" or "sandman" bit a wave of relaxation rushes over my body.

I edited out the wakeup part and have been tacking on Cardigan's Itchy Foot (again, after a enhancer/deepener), hoping to get some results and see if this is working.

I'm getting Nada, zip, zero, bupkiss. My foot doesn't come anywhere near close to itching. I'm beginning to think maybe my body doesn't want to make my foot itch, or it just cant and I ought to try a different file. So does anyone have any suggestions for another easy and harmless (emphasis on harmless) file to help me see if I'm getting into a trance?

Cardigan-Horny looks interesting, but honestly it doesn't take much to get me aroused when Im in such a relaxed state.
Freeze-I dont like this concept at all, so I doubt it'd work for me.

Thanks in advance!

I guess I'll give it a shot, its just that when Im listening to files I typically dont move anyways, so I dont know how I'd see a difference.

Thanks.

The trigger for the freeze files is supposed to work when you aren't listining to the files, and it is supposed to stop you from moving at all, even if you try to move, so you will see if it is working or not.
There are two versions of the trig freeze file, 1 and 2, the trigger that you can get on this site is for trig freeze 2, so I would recommend using that file if you are going to use one of the freeze files. I would also like to say that it did work for me, and I hope it works for you too (if you decide to use it).
