Using Adobe Audition to make subliminal files

I'm trying to make some subliminal files to upload here using Adobe Audition. How do I do it? I'm trying to make subliminal/binaural files. I have the audio recorded. What do I need to do? I really want to contribute to the site, but I want to be able to do this myself.

Any help is appreciated.

Note: I'm doing this for fun. I will NOT be selling anything or using anything that was originally for sale.

i've started playing with this too, not Adobe, but in general, i mean.

It seems like there may be more to it than that? I mean i've heard some things about adding other effects to the mix -- like the 'chip and dale' speed overlayed with a veeeeerrrrrryyyy sllloowww speed.
