trouble with trances

Basically i have found that i have a hard time being put into a trance, maybe it is because i have ADHD. If anyone has any suggestions on good induction files please let me know. just so you know i have tried the bubble induction.

Bubble is a brilliant file and worked really well for me, but I have had lots of practice at going into trance.
Perhaps theres too much going on in that file for you to listen to, and you are getting distracted, try a simpler induction, like something from EMG or Cardigan,
Relax, and give it a few listens to see if either make you feel differently.
Getting to a good depth of trance takes time and a few listens, perserverence is the key here.

Perhaps if you listened to Bubble as Missypuss suggests and just "felt" the words..... don't listen... don't focus.... just "feel"the words flow through

The only focussing you need to do is to keep your mind clear and blank while "listening"

I was using an induction file last night that got me into a great trance, and then brought me out of it then sent me right back in after a few moments of talking.

It was a great success for me.

You just need to find the right induction to get you under, and maybe one that instructs you to not wake up if a voice changes.
