yes the files here are real ( dont know what u mean by unreal ) and there are a few for what you want.

I'm not into the fetish stuff, but I can honestly tell you it's not gonna work the first time. The files are more of a blanket adaptation that attempt to work for as many people as they can. Not everyone can be hypnotized the same way, and not everyone is suscetible to it in the same level, so you have to be patient with it. If you look, there's about as many inductions as there are body/other files, so you just need to find what works best for you.
