Triggers (self)

Postby Psych9876 » March 16th, 2008, 12:47 am

Ok, so I'm kind of new to this. I thought I read somewhere on here before that triggers only work if someone else says them. Is this true? Secondly, if it is, would a recording of myself saying the trigger work? Is there a way that I could have a recording to start and stop the trigger so that I'd have to come back to my computer and play the stop trigger to get the effect to go away?

Purely depends on the suggestion made. The hypnotist will say who can trigger or not trigger you in the file.

It depends on how the suggestions are structured, and can also depend on how you interpret them.

there's a file by EMG that allows you to be the only one that can say the trigger, the file is trigsafe. I'm not sure if it works for other hypnotists though
