Deepest Trance or I feel asleep?

The fact you said you woke up just after the file finished indicates that you were more than likely just deep.If you had fallen asleep you would not wake when told too.

I just had a very similar experience (except the pouding/tugging part), and I was about to make a thread about it until I noticed this thread. I was also thinking that the fact that I woke up so fast after the file was done might indicate that I was in a trance (especially since I didn't really feel a desire to go back to sleep, which I usually do when waking up). But on the other hand, I have noticed that when sleeping in a moving car, I often wake up when the car stops, so I was thinking that the sudden silence can bother you enough to wake you up. But regardless of that little detail, as long as there's no specific indicators that can separate trance from sleep, I'm willing believe I went into a very deep trance too.
