is there a reinduction trigger script?

I've been hypnotizing a friend online for a few months now and we just started doing it over the phone. I was wondering if there was a good reinduction script just so I don't have to go through the induction every time we talk, which is fairly often. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you

A script is unnecessary, sithlordv. Maybe it's time to hit the books again?

- Induce trance

- Focus the subject on how relaxed they feel, and on their desire to go into trance again in the future.

- Establish a meaningful anchor phrase

- Give hypnotic suggestion ("when you hear... ")

- Have fun practicing

Thats what I thought I needed to do I just wanted to make sure. I've been doing stage hypnosis but since I can't see how deep she is going I don't want to give her the standard awake and sleep. Thanks again.
